Preparation and Storage:

• For an 8 ounce serving, pour 3/4 cup cold water into glass
• Gradually stir in a half cup Ensure Original Powder and stir to mix until powder is completely dissolved
• For flavor variation three tablespoons of chocolate or strawberry syrup can be added
• Prepared Ensure should be used consumed or refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours
