Made with strong steel tubing, the Deluxe Hand Bed Rail supports up to 300 pounds of weight and provides a secure grip with its .25-inch thick foam handle. The bed rail slides up to 43 inches underneath the mattress. Additionally, the bed rail with floor support is adjustable from 19.25 to 21.25 inches.

The rail fits most beds, but it shouldn’t be used with adjustable beds. Users can choose between the regular rail and the rail with a three-pocket pouch, which allows for easy-to-reach storage.

How to Use Endurance Hand Bed Rail

Assemble the hand bed rail. Adjust the leg height of the rail, so the end and extension bars can fit in between the two mattresses, and the hand bar is at an ideal height for the user. Place the bed rail between the mattresses. Attach the securing strap to a bed leg or frame and the end and extension bars. Clip the strap in place and tighten.

Warnings

• Always use Securing Strap.
• Keep rail at least 12.5 inches away from head and footboards.
• Do not use on a hospital, inflatable, or any other height-adjustable bed.
