Convatec's DuoDERM CGF Border Dressing is small enough to cover a deep dermal wound but strong enough to handle the exudation that will come from it. The dressing has a controlled gel formula that goes deep into the wound, preventing bacteria from spreading before it starts. The remaining layers are able to take in exudate from the wound, providing a layer of protection between your skin and anything it may come in contact with. A thick adhesive around the barrier provides extra support by remaining on the skin even if it gets moisture on it.
