Dukal 5590 Sterile ABD Combine ABD Pad, 5 Inch x 9 Inch is a large, highly-absorbent multiple-layered dressing that's soft and non-woven for handling fluids to an open wound bed. The outer facing wicks away the fluid, placing it in the core for a fast absorption rate. The abdominal pad has an ability to disperse fluid to the outer layers, allowing for moisture to be spread out without leaking onto the skin. As an additional safety feature all the edges are sealed in order to prevent leaking and lint on the wound bed.
The ABD Pad is available in a 5-inch x 9-inch size, covering up to 45 square inches of space. To avoid allergic reactions the pads are made without latex.
