Donjoy FullForce Ligament Knee Brace Overview
The DonJoy FullForce Knee Brace is designed for individuals with ACL injuries or those at risk of combined instabilities (CI) from ACL and PCL injuries. It provides strong medial and lateral support on both sides of the knee without restricting movement, making it ideal for non-contact sports, physical therapy, and daily activities.
Available in seven sizes from X-Small to 3X-Large, the brace comes in two calf lengths: 16-inch standard and 14-inch short. The short brace is ideal for individuals 5'7" and under, motocross, or with tall ski boots.

ACL and CI Options
Strapping is the main difference between the ACL and CI (combined instability) options for the DonJoy FullForce Ligament Knee Brace. The ACL option is for ACL-specific injuries, featuring a five-strap system with two posterior thigh straps, two anterior calf straps, and one lower posterior calf strap. The CI option is for those with injuries to the ACL and PCL. It includes the five-strap system with two posterior thigh straps, two anterior calf straps, and one lower posterior calf strap, plus an additional strap on the front of the thigh for enhanced stability.
4-Points-of-Leverage™ System
Enhances ligament stability through:
- Anchor on the anterior thigh
- Anchor on the posterior tibia
- Lower thigh strap pushes the femur forward
- Anterior tibia strap applies a constant load to prevent forward movement
Find the Perfect Fit
Circumference measurements should be taken at the knee center, six inches above the knee center, and six inches below the knee center. Match the three measurements with the chart below to determine which size brace is needed.
