Premium exam capes are heavier and more durable. Both versions have the same design of a poly layer between two layers of tissue. The tissue layers are soft to increase patient comfort, while the poly layer acts as a barrier to protect the patient from fluids. All models also feature a standard cut of 30 inches wide and 21 inches long.
