DeRoyal Warrior II Knee Brace

The Warrior II by DeRoyal helps patients who experience ligament instabilities or patella subluxation. This leg brace is available in two different styles: pull up and wrap around. The pull-up design comes with an anti-migration strip to keep the brace from slipping down. Both styles are made from plaited, stretch-nylon that is perfect for wicking away moisture and preventing irritation. The fabric is waffled to allow greater breathability for the skin when wearing the brace. Condyle pads are also included with both styles to increase stability and comfort. The silicone pull-tabs included on the brace are convenient to grip and make it easy to put on and remove the brace.

For increased ligament protection, the wearer has the option to limit the range of motion possible while wearing the brace with the flexion/extension stops that are available from 0 to 100 degrees in 10 degree increments. Optional hyper control strapping can also be used to keep the wearer from hyper-extending his or her knee. Wearing the Warrior II will be the perfect solution to protect the knee and accelerate healing. To determine sizing, the patient needs to measure the circumference of his or her leg six inches above the mid-patella.

Contraindications

• Patients with poor peripheral circulation, diabetes, or decreased skin sensitivity should not use this product
