Based on your history
The only knock that I can give it, is that it does not last real long. I clean my trachea a few times a week, and if scrubbed vigorously the brush's bristles will start to come off after a couple months. This isn't too bad, considering the cost of the brush, but it is the 1 thing that could be greatly improved.
In comparison, the ones I got at the hospital, while not nearly as good a design, lasted me for years.
