The Folysil Foley Catheter is a 100% silicone, two-way indwelling urinary catheter with a straight tip for pediatric urinary drainage. The 100% silicone construction minimizes the risk of latex allergies and provides a larger drainage lumen than latex. A 1.5 cc (AA6106) or 3 cc (AA6108 and AA6110) balloon helps promote urine retention in the bladder and helps keep the catheter in place.
Folysil Pediatric Catheters come in 6, 8, and 10 French sizes and have two drainage eyes. Each catheter has a radiopaque stripe, which gives the catheter visibility during X–ray exams.
Catheter placement and insertion require trained healthcare professionals.
