Covidien 8043 Curity™ 3 x 3 Inch Non-Woven All Purpose Sponge is made with a specialized blend of rayon and polyester. Its 4-ply construction adds softness to the touch for increased patient comfort. This economy line of gauze sponges still offers high absorbency which is ideal for many applications such as wound care or cleaning and prepping medical equipment. The gauze sponge is virtually lint-free and sterile which is safer for the patient. After prepping an abrasion, add antibiotic ointment to the gauze for fast wound healing.

These all-purpose sponges are available box of 25 easy-peal packs with two sponges. For medical clinics and hospitals, the case of 48 boxes provides a total of 2400 sterile sponges.
