Comfeel® Plus Transparent Dressing 3530 by Coloplast is a thin and flexible hydrocolloid dressing for no-to-low exuding wounds in the last stages of healing. It's also ideal to treat superficial partial-thickness wounds, donor sites, post-operative wounds and more. Its flexibility makes it easier to dress regions of the body that move. One of the benefits of this dressing is its transparency creating a discreet dressing in addition to regular view of the wound to inspect it without having to disturb the dressing.

As a hydrocolloid dressing, its moisture absorbing particles turn into a viscous gel as exudate is absorbed. The dressing won't adhere to the wound bed and therefore removing Comfeel Plus dressing is more comfortable. The transparent top layer also manages exudate with its semi-permeable polyurethane layer that releases moisture vapor as needed to maintain the moist wound environment. The top layer is also durable and protective to keep out water and bacteria for longer wearing time. The dressing can protect the wound for up to seven days depending on the wound characteristics.

Comfeel® Plus Transparent is 2 x 2 3/4 inches and is packaged sterile for fast and easy application. Comfeel Plus is available as a single dressing or a box of 10. When wound or leg ulcer has higher amounts of exudate, you may want to try Comfeel® Ulcer Care.
