The added length can provide a little relief, and the connector does bend if you need any adjusting there. The AirLife Omni-Flex is designed to connect your ventilator circuit wye connection, such as the Teleflex Wye Connector, or HME, such as this Sims Portex from Smiths Medical, to your tracheostomy or endotracheal tube.
