Peter Henry

Peter Henry comes from a background in biology, chemistry, and business. While he was writing for a bio-tech company in Utah he was working in the lab helping to develop products for animal and human health while getting a degree in philosophy. When he is not at Vitality Medical the jack-of-all-trades can be found foraging for wild edibles which make their way to gourmet eateries across the Wasatch front
