Using Benefiber is easy! Stir 2 teaspoons of powder into 4–8 ounces of beverage or soft food, three times daily. Stir for up to 60 seconds or until well dissolved. Alternatively, the powder may be used for cooking and baking. It is not recommended for use in carbonated beverages.
