With this type of contact, the SafeStep Huber Needle is packaged sterile for both patient and caregiver protection. Choose sets with a 1/2, 3/4, 1 and 1-1/2 inch hypodermic needle in 20 or 22 gauge. For additional safety, it comes with a safety clip to prevent against accidental sticks. It will provide an audible click when activated. It's designed with a textured handle for a secure grip to make it easier to hold on to when rotating needle head for prime positioning. This aids maneuvering and positioning tubing for patient comfort or when changing dressing around the base.
