Who Uses This Product? Children and adults who have recently injured or undergone surgery on their lower leg, ankle, or foot and need to support and immobilize the limb.
Why Give It a Try? The semi-rigid Aircast walker boot protects the limb from the lower leg to the foot and adds complete support using Duplex Aircell technology. The snug fit reduces walking pressure and edema.
Aircast XP Walker Pneumatic Boot Overview
Aircast XP Walker Boot is used under the direction of a physician when a patient has a fracture or severe sprain or has undergone foot or ankle surgery. The boot is semi-rigid to support and immobilize the lower leg, ankle, or foot during the healing process. The lightweight, semi-rigid Aircast shell material won't bog down the foot. The Aircast XP is a step above a standard walker boot due to its Duplex Aircell technology. Air is pumped into the boot's valve, adding support and compression around the leg and foot to prevent walking pressure and increase comfort with every step.
