3593 Tegaderm +Pad Film Dressing comes with non-adherent pad and is a sterile dressing. The non-adherent pad will not stick to the wound, resulting in less pain and trauma for the patient. This wound dressing offers an effective barrier to external contaminant, including bacteria and harmful viruses. Showering with the dressing applied is OK because of the waterproof film backing. However, the film is breathable, allowing the exchange of moisture vapor and oxygen for an optimal wound healing environment. The Tegaderm 3593 +Pad is easy to apply with the transparent frame around the pad. The dressing contours and flexes to the shape and movement of the body. This all-in-one dressing is absorbent and may be worn up to 4 consecutive days.
