1650 Tegaderm IV 4 x 6-1/8 is a transparent dressing that allows observation of the IV site. The dressing includes two sterile cloth tape strips for anchoring the catheter and infusion line. Designed with an oval shape, this I.V. dressing is manufactured by 3M. The dressing provides optimum security of the IV site, protecting the site from external contaminants. A deep notch is placed in the dressing to accommodate the catheter and hub to make application and retention easier and more comfortable for the patient. Positioning the dressing is easy with the frame style design and the transparent window. A recording label is located on the dressing, allowing documentation of dressing changes.
