I thought the elastic in the leg holes could have tighter & prefer the Salk Santi Panties to these

i would give it a 1 and my reason being the vinyal is stiffer then the ones i bought in the past 4 or more years i would love to send the 2 packages that i have not opened yet back . i will not order any more thank you

I am greatly pleased with these soft vinyl pants. I do NOT wear diapers, but want the protection these offer for occasional minimal leakage. I've used a similar product that was very unsatisfactory -- the plastic was so hard it really irritated my skin. The sewing of the elastic was very poor, i.e., I had to resew several pair. They continually ripped (sometimes right out of the bag) along the side seams. These from Vitality Medical are so soft and the quality of the sewing seems to be so superior to the others. The side seam allowance is much greater than the others which will probably keep these from ripping. I'm totally happy with these and I'm sure you will be too. Thank you, Vitality Medical :)
