I bought these to help my son with overnight potty training. He had only been wearing a pull up but that leaked due to the volume of urine he released overnight. The insert inside the pull up has helped prevent me from washing sheets daily! Hopefully we can move from both insert and pull up soon. Buying them in bulk has also saved a lot of money.
When he was a baby we had the same issue. This might work well as an insert in a diaper if you have a heavy wetter.

Good shape and easy to place. Absorbs well. For overnight use that and the brief work well for the men.
