Posey Twice-as-Tough Cuffs for Stretcher Posey Twice as Tough (T-A-T) Cuffs are appropriate for use with an E.D. stretcher. They are designed to be left in place so they are ready for use when required. Restraint cuffs are available for the wrist (POS2750) and the ankle (POS2755). The cuffs are machine washable and are sold as one pair per package.
