Posey Torso Support

This Torso Support by Posey is designed for patients in need of upper torso support. The Torso Restraint helps prevent tilting, leaning and forward sliding. It provides soft, broad support around the chest and over the shoulders.

Its reversibile design allows medical workers to position the release flap either in the front or in the back, meaning that the device can either allow self-release or it can be used as a Medical Restraint.

For extra support and to further prevent forward sliding, use the Torso Support in conjunction with a wedge cusion or lap belt. The Torso Support is available in sizes small through XXL. Use sizes XL and XXL for patients in a geri-chair.
