Does the job
By: Justime
(Posted on 7/16/12)Product Rating This belt goes on and off easily with the quick release and once fitted to the correct length. Loop handles are well placed and make transfers easier and more secure which is important for my Mom who often fears falling during transfer.

(Posted on 4/5/12)Product Rating I have been using a gate belt like this for 3 years, but due to the cracking of the plastic clip, I had to get a new one. With the handles the caregiver had total control of the patient. The best gate belt I have ever used.

Absolutely a life saver!

(Posted on 12/23/11)Product Rating My husband is not heavy, but when he fell in the past, I had a very difficult time getting him up off the floor. This transfer belt is so easy, and I am able to lift him up immediately.

Very good.

(Posted on 12/18/11)Product Rating the belt is wide enough in the back. The quick release latch is plastic, but substantial enough to last. The belt has handholds on the sides which makes it easy pulling my wife up of the couch, which is the main reason I got this. The only drawback I can sede is that belt tends to slip loose from the quick release so after awhile the belt needs to be cinched up again to be snug on the waist. Not a big deal.

posey brand product

(Posted on 9/27/11)Product Rating What a difference!!!! This transfer belt w/ handles really takes a lot of pressure off
my hands (dequeyrvins syndrome) and my back. after a few days of resistance from my mother about wearing it, she has finally accepted it as necessary. She hasn't complained about being uncomfortable with it on. She seems less fearful to ambulate when wearing posey transfer belt. This is so much better then the plain gait belt thank you -
Just what we needed

(Posted on 8/4/11)Product Rating My husband is recovering from tearing the tendon in the quadriceps in both knees. He is a large man so we needed something very sturdy. This belt has given him and us the security and safety we need as we transfer him from the wheelchair. It arrived on time and was well worth the purchase.

Economy Transfer Belt Review
By: Jenny
(Posted on 4/18/11)Product Rating I purchased this for the care home because of its price, it fits our budget. I never really thought that its quality would be at par with other more expensive brands. Surprisingly, it does the job of transferring a patient without any problems. It is also easy to wash.

Economy Transfer Belt Review
By: Meagan
(Posted on 4/12/11)Product Rating It's so nice. It's so sturday, durable and firm. As working as a caregiver to my grandma sometimes I have to hold and move her. Every time I have to do this, it gave me a lot of pressure on my back. With its six handles to grab, it got much easier not only for me but also for her.
