The McKesson 4408200 Medi-Pak 4 x 4 Inch Gauze Sponge provides an economical general use sponge. The size offers increased surface area for wound care applications as well as absorbing fluid after a dental procedure or mouth surgery. The surface area also lends well for medical instrument cleaning.

The dressing's gentle cotton fibers are non-woven and textured for excellent wicking and increased patient comfort. The 8-ply construction adds soft, absorbent layers to soak up exudate and other fluids. It's virtually lint-free which is helpful when used purchased for wound packing or oral applications.

The gauze sponges are available in a pack of 200 or a case of 20 for a total of 4000 sponges to fully stock your dental office or clinic. You may also want to try saline irrigation solution for wound rinsing and debridement prior to using the dressing.
