I would like to sincerely THANK Vitality Medical for their excellent service in providing medical supplies and prompt delivery of such important and life-saving products. Even more, I am amazed at the customer support people you have. I spoke with 2 of them, first BEFORE I placed my order (I’m sorry I forget his name, but he was very helpful, corteous and actually called me back with the info I wanted) and then later with Jake, to track a part of my order who was also extremely understanding, and went out of his way to explain and help me out.
In this day and age it is hard to find such support. It is so important, specially in a profession where you are dealing with clients who have or are takng care of people with medical issues, to have this kind of support and help.
