The FallGuard Dual Fall Monitor uses a magnet pull string or a pressure pad sensor to trigger the alarm. Combining the functionality of a pull string monitor with that of a sensor pad monitor provides greater flexibility for a system that can alert caregivers before at-risk patients harm themselves.

This Dual Fall Monitor functions as a pull string monitor unless it is connected to a sensor pad or floor mat. The pull string monitor function, or magnet monitor as it is sometimes called, is very useful when the patient is seated in a wheelchair or other chair device because it sounds an alarm when the patient attempts to leave the chair. This wheelchair alarm is also compatible with an assortment of pressure pad alarms that can work in a hospital bed, wheelchair, or sofa. This Dual Fall Monitor works with floor mat pressure sensors to sound an alarm when a patient exits a bed, leaves a room, enters a hallway, etc. The TL-3100 Dual Fall Alarm Monitor comes with a one-year warranty.
