The Hyperice Vyper 2.0 Fitness Roller provides easy self-massage for myofascial release. The massage roller is battery powered to apply an energetic vibrating core to aid in the massage experience. Users can customize the vibration level by choosing from one of three digital vibration settings. What is beneficial about adding vibration to the massage is that it increases blood flow to the muscle, and most importantly, it relaxes and loosens the muscle for optimal conditions for soft tissue massage.

The Vyper Roller's outer shell is made from high-density, eco-friendly polypropylene (EPP). This material provides durability as well as effective vibration transfer. As the Hyperice Foam Roller vibrates and rolls over the body's soft tissue, it gently warms up the muscle for effective myofascial release which includes fascia tissue, muscle, and tendons. This has shown to increase flexibility, performance and prevent injury. Increased blood circulation also supports faster recovery as the blood removes lactic acid. For these reasons, it's ideal for athletes and active individuals. However, you don't have to be an athlete to reap the rewards of myofascial release to increase flexibility and reduce pain.

Dual-zones found on the surface of the Hyperice Roller make therapy more comfortable, especially to regions of the body with knots or particularly tight muscles and tendons. The smooth and grooved zones create further customization when using the roller. The textured grooves support trigger point therapy massage tools for deeper contact with the muscle when working out knots. The smooth surface may be chosen to make massage therapy more comfortable as the knot is worked out.

Vyper 2.0 Roller Charging Instructions

Charge roller for at least two hours by connecting the provided AC cord adapter into the roller and plug end into the wall.
The LED lights found on the side will indicate battery level to provide a battery life at-a-glance.
The roller can be charged at any time. It is recommended that the battery NOT be fully depleted before connecting to the charger.
After charging, unplug the adapter from the roller. Do not use roller while it's being charged.
