Other Tranquility product(s)
Tranquility TopLiner™ Booster Pads are made of absorbent material without a moisture-proof outer-layer. These flow-through products add absorbency and improve comfort to disposable undergarments and adult diapers such as the all-thru-the-night briefs by ending leakage, rashes and nighttime changes. With the reduction of nighttime changes, sleep patterns will improve and stress on caregivers is minimized.
These booster pads are designed to fill to capacity and then allow additional fluid to pass into the primary garment, economically extending the use of the primary garment. Also, the odor of the urine will be greatly reduced as it's absorbed by the booster creating a more pleasant environment. Cleanup is quick and easy too. It is possible to replace just the booster pad. This adds a whole new level of convenience, because you are not constantly needing to remove your clothes to change your garment.
The TopLiner fits easily in the center of adult diapers and can be nestled in-between the kufguards (inner leg cuffs) while adhesive strips secure the pad to the undergarment.
The contour and super-plus contour serve the same purpose but with a wider hourglass shape. This shape provides extra absorption capacity and area further reducing leakage.

Product QuestionsDoes it come with an adhesive strip to hold it in place? If not, which brand does. Thank youQuestion by: Margaret Grabowsky on Jul 28, 2015 10:04:29 AMThis item does have adhesive strips to hold it in place.Answer by: Shain Gillet (Admin) on Sep 22, 2016 2:14:00 PM
I was looking for something narrow enough to fit me as I am extra small and thin (this product is 2.75" wide) and most pads were too wide to fit snugly in the crotch area. This one works beautifully. I noticed a reviewer complained that they couldn't remove it without destroying the pad or diaper underneath. I place a couple of toilet tissues or a Kleenex between the booster pad and the incontinence pad and it can easily be removed for disposal. I use it mainly for daily use but if I was concerned about it moving around at night or heavy activity, you can leave the adhesive exposed on the very ends just to secure it to the pad/diaper.
