How to Install the Photo Phone

Ensure that the phone will be placed on a level surface. Plug one end of the spiral cord into the phone socket (this socket can be found on the left side of the phone) and the other end into the handset. Next, plug the second cord into the desired wall socket and then connect it to the phone socket, which can be found on the bottom of the phone set.

How to Use the Photo Phone

Press the orange "Dial" key for hands-free dialing or pick up the receiver. Press one of the six photo keys for one-touch dialing or dial the desired number. If you pressed "Dial" and someone answers, pick up the receiver to start the conversation. If there is no answer or if the conversation is finished, press "Dial" once more or hang up the receiver. To redial, press the "Dial" key or pick up the handset, then press the "Redial" key. To answer an incoming call, simply pick up the handset.

Photo Insertions Instructions

Press the vertical edge of the clear seal inward while lifting the cap upward to remove the seal. Use the template shown in the photo-cutting guide below. Insert the photograph into the removed seal and press the seal back into the phone.

How to Adjust the Earpiece Volume

There are four volume levels to choose from. Press the volume up or down buttons to choose voice volume levels.

How to Program Phone Numbers to the Six Photo Buttons

Pick up the receiver. Select and then hold down the chosen button until the phone beeps. Use the keypad to dial the number you wish to program to the chosen button. Once again, press the selected picture key and you are all set. Repeat this process for each photo button until each is programmed.
