The transport trailer, built entirely with a thick aluminum frame, was specifically made with the purpose of holding a power chair or small scooter. The steel underside support tube and bracket gives this model the ability to easily hold up to 500 pounds. With a surface area measuring 1,406 5/8 square inches, the trailer is easily able to handle full-sized power scooters or wheelchairs with plenty of room to spare for other items. Similar to the SC500 Cargo Carrier and SC400 Hitch Cargo Carrier, the Cargo Carrier fits into a two inch Class III or IV receiver hitch.

It is also flexible enough to fold down into three positions: down, upright and flat. The initial position gives you the ability to load/unload your scooter without having to worry about doing so on a steep incline. The upright position places the scooter in a solid position for transporting and protects the rear of the machine from rolling away. It also safely secures the back of the scooter to prevent roll-aways. The flat position gives you the ability to fold it up against the vehicle.

Each order comes with an anti-tilt bracket, which reduces payload shaking, and a 5/8-inch hitch pin.
