Spiral stays provide moderate side-to-side support and stability, yet flex and extend naturally with the joint. The ROM hinged bars feature flexion and extension stops to provide rigid medial-lateral stability. It has a multidirectional stretch, allowing the knee to move freely while keeping ligaments and muscles in place. The flexibility allows users to maintain an active lifestyle to reduce atrophy while promoting healing. It is latex-free and hypoallergenic, reducing the risk of negative reactions to the brace.
Orthotex Knee Stabilizer Wrap with Spiral Stays opens flat, making it easy to put on, especially with any swelling or sensitivity that normally comes with injured knees. Hook and loop closures keep the brace closed, with the option of additional straps that circle the knee. The straps are removable and reversible to ensure users are comfortable while still maintaining mobility without the assistance of crutches.
