Omron Healthcare Total Power Heat Tens Overview

The Omron Healthcare Total Power +Heat Tens Device has built-in heat to warm and soothe the targeted muscle prior to receiving pain management therapy. Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is used to manage acute and chronic pain using the scientific theory that it blocks the pain messages to the brain. This TENS unit applies gentle electrical pulses and takes it a step further by applying heat, which soothes the muscle and also boosts blood flow and increases muscle flexibility.¹ Therapy users can start with heat, alternate heat and TENS therapy, or bypass the heat mode for TENS only. After each therapy session, the gel electrode pads are stored in the convenient pad holder that's included in the kit. This keeps the gels clean until the next session and maximizes the life of each gel refill.
