The lift includes a waterproof hand control that powers the compressor for inflating the cushions to the height of the bathtub. When the user is safely seated, the cushions gently deflate to lower them into the bath to their desired comfort level. When bath time is complete, this patient lift does all of the work to raise the user without putting strain on the joints. As a safety precaution, this bathing lift cushion will not lower if there is not enough battery power to inflate again.

What happens if there is a puncture?
The incidences of a puncture are rare. To reduce the risk of injury, it will not burst like a balloon. If a puncture occurs, it will only affect that section, and the remaining cushions will operate.

In the case of a puncture, can the cushion be repaired?
No. Punctures cannot be repaired due to the pressure and load requirements.

Can the cushion be overinflated?
No. The air relief pressure valve in the back will prevent overinflation of the lift.

Does the bottom cushion need to be deflated entirely while bathing?
No, air can remain on the cushion for additional comfort.

How do you care for and maintain the cushion after use?
Rinse the cushion with clean water and leave it inflated to completely dry. Deflate to roll up and store.
