Description

Details

Portable handicap showers are meant to be quick to set up, use and taken down just as quickly. They're also wheelchair conformable, completely collapsible and easy to store just about anywhere in the home. Nova Health Products' LiteShower Portable Handicap Shower is perfect for anyone who has difficulty using a traditional style shower or tub while also having the ability to be used anywhere in the home. The showering facility works like a pop-up unit, able to be assembled at any time necessary. This gives you the opportunity to shower anywhere there's a faucet. Shower screens wrap all the way around to allow for privacy during your shower and cover everything from head to toe. These screens snap in place around the tray for increased protection. When you're finished, the unit collapses towards the floor and is small enough to store anywhere in the home. The LiteShower is patented, made in the USA and approved by the DHS and the VA. The portable shower is available in Standard and Tall models.

Product Questions

Need to know details on water connection. Would need to connect to a kitchen sink, not a standard bathroom. We have a gooseneck that has a pull out faucet.
Question by: Nan Alberti on Jul 17, 2019 7:32:00 AM
Unfortunately, the portable shower cannot connect to a pull out faucet.
Answer by: Jessica Smith (Admin) on Jul 17, 2019 12:08:00 PM
How does the wheelchair go over the raised rim-- does it fold down or is it so flexible that the wheels would go over it? Does the water line just hook on the a regular sink.
Question by: elaine Johnson on Aug 1, 2017 1:23:00 AM
The rim will flex downward in order to let the wheelchair in the area. The water line is able to connect to a regular hose or outlet for bathing.

How does the product drain the water out, when your done using it?
Question by: Thomas on Jan 11, 2018 4:52:00 AM
Draining instructions are as follows; from the manufacturer: To drain waste water in the tray, you place a special water pump anywhere outside the tray. Pump has a suction hose going into the tray and a discharge hose that drains water into your sink or toilet. Pump can run dry and requires no prime - just plug in the power cord. You start the pump before the shower to minimize the water in the tray

How do you hook water up to it.
Question by: Dot on Jun 18, 2017 7:25:00 AM
There is a hose available that can hook up to a water source for bathing.
Answer by: Shain Gillet (Admin) on Jun 20, 2017 9:22:00 AM
Can this unit be connected to a standard kitchen faucet?
Question by: Clara Freer on Jul 29, 2019 9:26:00 AM
Yes, this connects to standard kitchen faucets.
Answer by: Jessica Smith (Admin) on Jul 31, 2019 3:39:00 PM
Is the shower head and water hose included along with the pump or do those need to be purchased separately? What type of electrical outlet does the pump need and can it be pumped into a regular bathroom sink or does it need a laundry sink? Is there a way to mount the shower head on the unit or is it strictly hand held?
Question by: Kevin on Jul 1, 2019 6:02:00 AM
Yes, the shower head and 7 foot hose are included with the purchase of the shower pump. It connects to standard indoor faucets, so most bathroom sinks will be compatible. The shower head is hand held and there is no place designated for mounting.
Answer by: Jessica Smith (Admin) on Jul 2, 2019 1:50:00 PM
Can the tray be bought separately?
Question by: Dori Buster-Hanson on Dec 4, 2019 11:43:00 AM
