DJO Aircast FP Walker - Foam Pneumatic

Overview

The DJO Aircast FP Walker (Foam Pneumatic) uses adjustable air compression to support the ankle and foot. The DJ Orthopedics FP Walking Boot features two air cells that can be easily adjusted to match the user's compression/support needs.

The Aircast Foam Walker Pneumatic Foot Brace is the ideal solution for stabilizing the foot and ankle to promote the healing process after injuries such as sprains, surgery, metatarsal fractures, mid and forefoot injury, and bunionectomies. It is available in a wide variety of sizes that comfortably fit men and women. It has a semi-rigid full shell that allows for protection without the heavy weight. It has a low rocker sole, similar to the ProSTEP Ankle Walker Boot, that promotes a smooth and natural walking experience. This brace can also be worn with a sock or stocking for additional comfort.

Using and Caring for the Brace

How to Put on the Brace

1. Unfasten Straps
2. Remove Front Panel
3. Open Liner
4. In a Seated Position, Place Leg in Brace
5. Position Heel to the Back of the Brace
6. Pull Liner Forward to Remove Wrinkles
7. Replace Front Panel
8. Secure Straps From Bottom to Top
9. Adjust to Desired Comfort and Support

How to Care for the Foam Liner

This liner may be hand-washed in cold water with mild soap or detergent. It should be air-dried and never put in the dryer. Air drying will keep the liner from changing shape and allow it to remain soft.
