Use and Safety Tips

• Begin traction regimen with light exercises and on the lowest intensity setting. Do two to three cycles of ten to thirty second sessions.


• Begin on the lowest intensity level and advance to higher intensity settings over time.



• Always hold the handlebars when mid and high-intensity settings are in use (levels two and three) and for intermediate and advanced exercises. Do so until completely comfortable with the device and each particular exercise.



• For device use at the highest intensity setting (level three), a foot bar is provided for comfort and stability. Feet can also be placed underneath the foot bar to intensify a stretch.
