Covidien 9132 Curity 2 x 2 Inch Non-Woven All Purpose Sponge Gauze 3 Ply is contained in a non-sterile bag of 200 sponges. This makes it cost-effective with additional savings from its construction of rayon and polyester. This blend adds greater absorbency over cotton and is 40 percent heavier than imported brands on the market. The combination of polyester and rayon also offers increased patient comfort because the sponge won't fray or leave behind particles when cleaning the wound or when prepping medical instruments.
