Jobst Artiflex® Compression Bandages, manufactured by Jobst, are a simple way to make compression devices more comfortable by eliminating pressure points caused by sensitive, bony, or irregular shaped areas of the body during lymphedema therapy. Artiflex Bandages evenly distribute pressure to reduce irritation under compression. It also adds protection to the skin for individuals with latex allergies.

Like many Wound Care Bandages, the Artiflex Compression Bandage provides comfortable protection for sensitive areas, but unlike some others the Artiflex is non-absorbent and air permeable to allow for breathability and reduce irritation caused by moisture. For this reason, it's used in hospitals to wrap limbs before a plaster cast is set. The material's air permeable construction keeps skin dry and comfortable which is helpful in humid climates.
