AQUACEL Ag Hydrofiber Ribbon Dressing 420128 | 0.39 x 18 Inch with Ionic Silver by ConvaTec

The ConvaTec AQUACEL® Ag Dressing with Strengthening Fiber 420128 is primary wound care dressing to effectively pack cavities and tunneling wounds. Its flat and non-woven ribbon construction offers excellent absorbency with ionic silver impregnated into the Hydrofiber for additional antibacterial properties.

AQUACEL® Ag Ribbon Dressing is specifically designed for packing tunneling wounds and is ideal for sinus cavity. As it absorbs wound exudate and biofilm, the ribbon's Hydrofiber expands in size. For this reason, it's recommended to only pack the wound up to 80 percent capacity to allow the ribbon room to grow. It's also important to leave an inch above the surface to have access to the ribbon when removing it.
