Teri Claiborne

Returns Manager

Teri Claiborne is Vitality Medical’s Returns Manager. She joined the company in 2014 and after a few short years was promoted to management due to her hard work and dedication. Her current responsibilities include dispositioning returns, manufacturer warranty processing, and mis-shipments. She plays an integral part in coordinating between suppliers, vendors, shipping carriers, and customers. Teri gives customers and team members a high level of service and enjoys being a problem solver.

Prior to Vitality Medical Teri was an Office Manager at a Chiropractic Practice which gave her both a good working knowledge of patient care and medical equipment and supplies. Her medical industry experience also includes medical equipment calibration, quality control, and equipment repairs. Teri was also a Salon Manager and licensed makeup artist. Teri’s honed people skills are rooted in her years of experience in the hospitality industry, which is an invaluable asset to Vitality Medical.

Teri enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and their many pets. They enjoy camping, snowboarding, and traveling together. Teri’s true passion lies in music, singing, painting, makeup artistry, and being a mother most of all.
