Sherry Okutani

Operations Manager

Sherry Okutani is one of Vitality Medical’s Operations Managers who is responsible for front-end order processing, back-end shipping, tracking and customer service escalations. Sherry joined the Vitality Medical team in 2016 as one of our Customer Service agents. Her spunk, attention to detail and outgoing personality have made her a valued contributor and team member.

Prior to joining Vitality Medical, Sherry was a Team Lead at an inventory management and logistics company, responsible for overseeing and locating lost and damaged freight. Sherry also excelled in customer service while working with the Workers Compensation Fund.

In her off times, Sherry can be found cheering on the Utes, cuddling with her fur baby Ozzy (dog), reading, bowling, golfing, or spending time with her two sons.
