Afton Burns

VP of Operations

Afton Burns is Vitality Medical’s Chief of Staff. She helps improve organizational efficiency through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, and management processes. She enjoys solving complex problems and driving organizational effectiveness through collaboration, data analysis, and project management. She also works to deliver an exceptional experience for both employees and customers. Her teams include Human Resources and Customer Service Management.

Prior to Vitality Medical, Afton worked for Fortune 500 and 5000 companies and brings with her a wealth of HR knowledge. She graduated in 2021 with her bachelor's degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing her MBA at Western Governors University. She holds multiple HR Certifications (PHR and SHRM-CP) and is currently on the board of directors for the Northern Utah Human Resource Association.

Afton enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors. Her creative passions are photography and jewelry making.
