Can you bill Medicare for me?
We do not currently bill Medicare or private insurance.
Can I return the product if I don't like it?
Our manufacturers warranty any defects in the impotence products we sale. Our impotence products are medically and FDA approved for treatment of organic impotence. Our products are recommended by physicians and often combined with other treatments. However, your own personal satisfaction or success may vary depending upon your own circumstances and underlying condition. Because your own personal health circumstances may very we cannot accept returns on open or used products.
Is shipping free?
Yes, if your order is over $100 it will ship for free. Orders over $100 on most products ship for free everyday at Vitality Medical.
What if something goes wrong with my purchase?
Vitality Medical is here to support you throughout the life of your purchase. If you run into trouble, give us a call and we'll do our best to keep you as a satisfied customer.
What if I want to return my purchase?
Vitality Medical wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it arrives and it is not what you thought or does not meet your needs, you are free to return it as long as it is in new condition and the original packaging. Please note on personal care items or sterile products that we cannot accept returns for resale if the safety seal has been opened.
