I have been using these L-back strips for...along time> My back was broken on duty as a Firefighter. I use them every day, and with proper handling will last months. When they start to lose their good form and adherence, you can run them quickly under hot tap water, place them on their strip backing and put in the refrigerator to "RENEW" them overnight. Fact, I have them on right now. ()(:)
