Great Diaper!! Super absorbent.
I'm 28 and have suffered with functional urinary incontinence for the last couple of years. During my second tour of duty while serving in the Marines, I was injured by a roadside bomb which left me temporarily paralyzed from the waist down. While I'm able to walk just fine now, the injury also left me unable to control my bladder or when I urinate. So at the age of 26, I received a medical discharge and also began wearing diapers again 24/7. Thankfully I only have to wear diapers for urinary incontinence and not for bowel issues, but as I have essentially lost all control of when and how much I wet...it's only diapers for me.

When I was in the hospital and throughout my physical therapy I wore pull-up style diapers that the hospital provided and put me in, but I found they bunched up quite a bit underneath my sweat pants and basketball shorts. So when I temporarily moved in with my brother towards the end of my therapy and was able to change my own diapers, I asked if he could find me diapers that didn't bunch and were easier to put on. He came home with a package of these Tena Super Stretch diapers which are really great!! They are traditional tape-up style diaper which I prefer a lot more than the pull-up style, and fit perfectly without bunching or riding up. They fit snugly around my waist and the leg openings have just the right amount of elastic to keep them from being too tight or constricting. Most importantly though...they are very absorbent and hold a lot of wetness. Since I wet regularly throughout the day/night and typically in moderate to large amounts, these Tena Super Stretch diapers are the perfect option for me.

While I, like a lot of people, wish I didn't have to wear diapers...I've finally grown used to wearing them and I am now just happy that Tena makes a really great diaper.

Overall, the best!
After trying many other products from several different brands, I came across the Tena Stretch line of diapers. I have been looking all over for a diaper with an elastic waist but couldn't find anything. The Tena Stretch Super doesn't necessarily have an elastic waist, but they do have amazing stretch tabs. The two tabs are stretchy enough to give a snug fit without moving around. These are the closest thing to a baby diaper I have found! That may sound silly but baby diapers are designed so well that most adult diapers don't even compare to the quality or the comfort. The way this diaper fits is just excellent! The absorbent liner is more than adequate and can handle at least 1 re-wetting. Also, weather you sleep on your back or stomach, these work well. I'm not sure how well they would work if you sleep on your side but I don't, so they work just great! Thank you Tena for making such an amazing product!

Good, discreet diaper
These are among the best adult diapers I have found, and believe me, I have tried them all.

They are quiet, discreet, and, best of all, secure. The side "belt" fasteners are somewhat flexible, but not so much that you can't get a really snug fit. The Velcro-like strips hold on very strong, and I don't think I've ever, every worried about them coming off. Plus, they're at least somewhat refastenable.

As for capacity, I would trust these to hold 2-3 good soakings, or a constant dribble for well over four hours. Very good, though not on par with the "super diapers" like the Abena X-plus or Molicare Super Plus.

But there's more to life than capacity, and with super absorbency, inevitably, comes bulk. To me, the Tena Super Stretch offers the best of both worlds: they hold a lot, but no one's going to notice an unnatural bulge unless you wear tight pants.

Are these perfect? No. They don't have standing leak guards (a big deal if you wet while sitting or lying down) and I wish the padding extended further into the wings. Then again, I have never found a diaper that offered as much on the sides as I'd like.

All in all, a great diaper worth a try. I think you'll be impressed.

Quieter When you Walk
I don't want it to sound like I'm wearing a diaper. It's nice that these diapers don't swish as bad when you walk.
