- Return Policy Leaves Much to be Desired
Purchased leg extensions on 12/28/11... on 1/4/12contacted for a return authorization number as they did not fit our side walker 6252 and we were told that there were no replacement legs for the walker. The representative indicated the Returns department would contact us within 24-48 hours to give us the number. 1/9/12 - Returns still had not returned the call, so we submitted an on-line email to the department. 1/17/12 still no response. Called again, representative then said would take care of issue and send an email with instructions. That happened. We are now awaiting the 4 week period for the return of funds to actually occur. While the product arrived on time, the return is much to be desired and will be a drawback to our decision to use this company again. A SUGGESTION is to put on the site what walkers these leg extensions will actually fit.
- Return policy in need of repair
1/17/12 I have called and emailed countless times since 1/4/12 and still no return one can provide the needed return authorization #. The representative keeps saying someone will get back to you to authorize the return but so far no one has. Be sure the product fits your Walker. I merely wanted an exchange but was told none existed. So I just want my money back minus the 20% restock fee!
