The product was as described but the billing process charged my debit account 3 times the cost of item with shipping and caused my checking account to be over drawn. I contacted Vitality Medical the next day when I found out about the over charge, they assured me that they would return the over charge but as this date Dec. 12 2011 it has been 12 day's, the over charge has not been returned to my checking account and each time I have called they advise there is no rec. of me calling for a refund.
