Rehab and Wellness Station

Rehab and Wellness Stations are ideal for working your patient's entire body. The station attaches to the wall to save space and provide a larger work space. With three planes of movement, vertical, horizontal and transverse, users are able to do their entire rehabilitation routine in one spot. This multi-dimensional system comes with everything you need to get started.

Twelve pairs of TheraBand Resistance Tubing are in four different colors (yellow, red, green and blue) and three different lengths (12, 18, 24 inches) to meet the user's needs. The yellow tubing offers the lowest amount of resistance at 3 pounds. Red provides 3.7 pounds, green has 4.6 pounds and blue resists with 5.8 pounds. Clip Connectors are also included for the tubes to be connected to the wall system or the base.

The base for the station is portable and can be removed when not in use. When needed, it has six connection points for the resistance tubing. It also has an area for stability trainers and exercise balls to fit in. Two sets of closed-cell foam stability trainers are even included, one blue and one green. Blue is soft while green is firm. Also, you get three of TheraBand's Pro Series Exercise Balls: Yellow, Red, and Green. Each color is a different size with yellow being the smallest and green the largest of the three.

In addition, this rehabilitation and wellness station comes with a waist belt, a head strap, an exercise bar, two assist straps, two extremity straps, two exercise handles, an exercise CD with ready-to-use printouts and directions, and four full color wall posters to help show different exercises.
