Got an answer for  sunita about Owen Mumford Unistik2 Capillary Blood Sampling Device?

i had an incident today on one of my nurse.. as she was overwhelmed with the increased activty ,she forgot to change the lancing device with a fresh new needle and used the same needle for the next patient. Q: Is this needle single use and could not be used again.or does it have a locking system. i need to put in a recommendation to the comittee to review the present lancing device and need your input ASAP. thank you?
