Vitality Medical sells medical supplies at wholesale prices to the public. We regularly have the lowest prices on the web. However, if for some reason you find a lower total delivered price on an identical item from a competitor website we will meet or beat that price.

How does Vitality Medical Price Match work?

To Submit a Price Match Request:
Send your request to [email protected]. You must provide the competitors URL (web address) and other information necessary to verify the product and lower price. We will contact you to match the price. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.

You will need to include:

• The competitors URL
• The price for the item
• The cost of shipping
• The item number and description
• Your contact information.

Which items does Vitality Medical price match?

Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. For a price match, the item offered must be new and in the original packaging. The competitor must maintain a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau.

• We will not price match against used or factory refurbished products or products sold via classified advertisement or through auction.
• Price guarantee does not apply to discontinued items or open box specials.
• Price matching applies to current prices on competitor websites, not previous prices.
• We do not price match against mail-in rebates, free promotional products, deferred savings programs, gift cards or gift checks.
• Price Matching does not apply to membership or subscription programs. (i.e. Costco, Sam's Club, etc.)

How do Vitality Medical additional discounts work with the Vitality Medical Price Match Policy?

• Coupons and other promotions are not valid with the price match guarantee.
• We do not honor "Buy one / Get one Free" advertisements.
• We do not honor retailer misprints or typographical misprints.

Are delivery charges included in the price match?

Yes. We will include the competitors shipping and handling fees and time of shipping in the price comparisons.

Exclusions

• Some manufacture brands may be excluded, as required by the manufacturer.
• Price matching is limited to one price guarantee per item per person.
• Guarantee only applies to products purchased for direct use, not resale or commercial purpose.
• Vitality Medical reserves the right to change or cancel the Low Price Guarantee program at any time.
• In some cases, due to unforeseeable circumstances, Vitality Medical may not be able to match prices.
